Most of our customers are from the NHS and other large organisations who use their own ordering or purchase systems. Therefore we don't have an order form to fill out here or download. Instead please follow the simple checklist below:

Add up the total amount (postage is included in the listed prices - UK ONLY)

Either include your internal order number along with the relevant documentation
Or send a cheque payable to "Birdart" for the full amount
